This week, the Health and Safety Committee sent to the full Denver City Council an ordinance that would require all local and federal law enforcement officers to clearly identify themselves, including the banning of face coverings in most circumstances.

The Finance and Governance Committee sent to the full council a plan to require quarterly budget reporting to City Council so they can keep track of department expenses and to help with more clear financial planning.

And the Budget and Policy Committee heard a presentation on potential new rules on residential wholesalers, or buyers who don’t plan on living in the house but will re-sell it for a profit.
