Shrek Rave is a popular, touring, meme-inspired dance party launched in 2022 by creator DJ Ka5sh that merges EDM and pop music with the "Shrek" movie franchise. These events, held globally in North America and the UK, feature attendees in costume, Shrek-themed visuals, and high-energy remixes. In 2025, Denver Film invited Shrek Rave to perform before the Film on the Rocks presents Shrek. DJ Mochi play techno, house, and early 2000s bangers, mixed with songs from the Shrek soundtrack, such as "All Star" by Smash Mouth. VJ Rabbia provides a mix of unique animations and video elements during the performance.
