The Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library's mission is to collect and preserve the history and culture of African Americans in Colorado and throughout the Rocky Mountain West. It has stood tall in the 5 Points neighborhood since 2003. That's where we found Darrell Watson to catch up on all that's happening in District 9.
