Denver Animal Protection’s Community Engagement Program provides community members with high quality veterinary services, humane education and pet supplies/pet food for people needing extra support.
The bond between an owner and their pet is sacred to the individual, but it is also a deeply important part of our shared culture. The goal of the Community Engagement Program is to honor these relationships and keep pets and people together.
For qualifying Denver pet owners in need of extra support, they offer free veterinary services, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchipping.
